Accelerating International Store Openings Toward Spring 2026


◆Japanese Curry Brand “Hinoya Curry”

Noaland Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo), operator of the Japanese curry brand Hinoya Curry, is accelerating its overseas expansion across Asia, North America, and Europe.


Since 2024, the company has been steadily opening both company-owned and franchise (FC) stores, beginning with China, the United States, Taiwan, and Europe. Toward spring 2026, Hinoya Curry continues to expand its presence in major global cities.


In September 2024, the company opened its first overseas company-owned store, “Qingdao Zhuoyueli Store,” located in the CBD area of Qingdao, China.


This was followed in late January 2025 by the opening of the third U.S. location, a franchise store titled “Nippon Curry feat. Hinoya Curry,” in San Jose, California.


In March 2025, Hinoya Curry opened its first franchise store in Taiwan, “Xinbincho Ocean Kitchen Store,” in Kaohsiung City.



Furthermore, in September 2025, the company opened its second company-owned store in Chengyang District, Qingdao, China. In October of the same year, its second franchise store in Taiwan opened at Hanshin Arena (Hanshin Department Store) in Kaohsiung.


In the Chinese market, Hinoya Curry continues to prioritize company-owned operations in order to strengthen operational expertise and brand foundations. Franchise recruitment in China is currently being considered for after autumn 2026.




In Europe, Hinoya Curry launched a franchise tie-up store in December 2025 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, through a partnership with the local restaurant “Sapporo Ramen Sora.”




As of 2026, preparations and store openings are progressing in the following regions:


  • January 2026: Surabaya, Indonesia / Seoul, South Korea (Gangnam store scheduled to open on January 19)

  • February 2026: Toronto, Canada

  • Spring 2026: Paris, France / Melbourne, Australia / Bangkok, Thailand / Manila, Philippines



In several of these regions, interior construction and operational preparations are already underway, with openings scheduled sequentially.

Going forward, the company will continue to pursue sustainable international growth by maintaining the quality and uniqueness of its Japanese curry while adapting to local food cultures and market characteristics.
